Stanley House provides everything you need for a great event, wedding or function. We provide on site catering with set menus for you to choose from, or you can create your won menu. We also have all the contacts to create your perfect function, such as venue dressers to help make the room just how you want it, a long list of entertainers from comedians, DJ’s, cover bands and even magicians to help your function or event be even more pleasurable.
We can cater for up to 160 people in the Kent Suite and we also have the York and Windsor Suite available for birthday parties and other functions. You can choose whichever suite best suits your needs and your budget.We also cater for funerals, smaller family functions and other intimate gatherings.
Our organisers and staff are experienced in providing everything you and your guests expect in making your special event EVEN MORE SPECIAL, while relieving you of the pressures and problems that staging a formal, or even informal function can create.

This recently refurbished room is approx. 200m2 in area so there is room to comfortably accommodate up to 200 people or 160 seated for a meal.
The fully carpeted Lounge, can be accommodate up to fifty people for the smaller dinner party, light refreshments, buffet, or just to use as a quieter room away from the festivities in the Ballroom. This Light and airy suite approx. 80m2 can accommodate up to 60 diners or larger groups for Conference or Training programmes. There is a small stage and dance floor in this space to suite all needs.
Built in 1920 and beautifully decorated throughout with all grand style and character of the period, This smaller suite approx. 70m2 will accommodate up to 40 – 50 dining or 80 for training/Conference use, with its own wall mounted projector screen. Ideal for smaller more intimate parties.
